The Quick 7 Minute Rotator Cuff Solution

7 Minute rotator cuff solution, what is it? Well it is a book and a really good one at that. If you have a rotator cuff problem then this really is a must read.

If you want to a take action to overcome your rotator cuff problems then I wholeheartedly recommend you take the time to read this book.

The 7 minute rotator cuff solution was originally written in 1991 by two men each highly qualified, Joseph Horrigan and Jerry Robinson.

It is a volume that I have used myself and that is the only reason for my recommendation. The information detailed in this book, although almost twenty years old is still highly relevant today.

As you can see from the brief resumes below each author is a respected leader in their own field.

The Authors

Joseph Horrigan, DC, is the President of Horrigan Sports Chiropractic and Soft Tissue Centre in Marina Del Rey, California.

This is a facility dedicated to chiropractic sports medicine and rehabilitation as well sports science research.

Jerry Robinson founded Health For Life, a company who seem committed to publishing sound, scientifically based information.

There main aim appears to be providing relevant focussed information on all aspects of fitness and conditioning.

Health For Life is now rightly recognised for providing accurate and current information on physical conditioning programs.

The book

The 7 minute rotator cuff solution is an in depth review of rotator cuff repair rehabilitation.

It includes torn rotator cuff exercises and rotator cuff stretching exercise routines. It is a complete rotator cuff solution designed to be used by all.

So what are the key features of the 7 minute rotator cuff solution? Well in my opinion perhaps the best feature of the book is the level, or should I say levels, it is aimed at.

There is little doubt in my mind that this book has been written either by or with serious trainers in mind.

Remember that is only my opinion on the text, the authors may disagree. Despite that a real effort has been made to make the text inclusive to all.

All of the various torn rotator cuff exercises and rotator cuff stretching exercise routines described in the book are set at defined levels.

There is something to for you whether you are a complete novice or an expert around the gym. You are led by the hand, step by step, through a progressive range of exercises and stretches.

Another bonus is the way the book is written and set out with easily understood diagrams that compliment the text.

More importantly, they provide a quick reference to the proper and improper way methods of performing exercises. I know this gave me a real sense of confidence that I was "doing it right".

But that is certainly not all. The 7 minute rotator cuff solution contains two distinct sections. The first part covers the anatomy and function of the rotator cuff and describes why it is at risk for certain types of injuries.

The second part of the book covers "The Program" with a multitude of exercises and stretches. The 7 minute rotator cuff solution is a large-format, 140 page book that really delivers.

There is even a very enlightening section on "exercises to modify or avoid". This section describes commonly performed gym activities that actually promote injury. It doesn't stop there though and goes on to provide alternatives that are better and safer for the shoulder.

The 7 minute rotator cuff solution can be considered a teaching manual, and it has been used at university level. But in the main the book was written for those with rotator cuff injuries and athletes.

An appendix provides a more technical look at the rotator cuff for health care professionals or indeed anyone wanting a more in depth look at the pathology of the rotator cuff. In general though the text is not medical but is simple to understand and quick reading.

A personal recommendation

Having used the 7 minute rotator cuff solution successfully in my own rehabilitation I would describe it as a "must have". Anyone who has, or who is at risk of, developing a rotator cuff injury, and let's be fair that is pretty much everyone should read this volume.

No matter if it is weight-training, throwing sports, contact sports racquet sports or swimming all can potentially cause rotator cuff injuries.

Although the style of the rotator cuff solution is predominantly sports-related, everyone could benefit. Job activity requiring over the head lifting or positioning of the arms (such as in construction or painting), carrying heavy objects, or throwing can create shoulder pain.

If, like me, you fit into any of these categories then the 7 minute rotator cuff solution is for you. I accept, I struggled to keep within the "7 minutes", at least in the beginning.

I figured "hey it's a catchy title" but you know what? The guys who wrote it weren't too far out. Once I gained some experience and confidence it truly turned out to be a quick, reliable rotator cuff solution.

In my opinion and having seen some of the real rubbish that is out there, the 7 minute rotator cuff solution is possibly one of the best investments you can make. This is an investment in you.

Buy the book, do the work, stay healthy and pain free.
